MEET KATRINA!
Hi, I’m Katrina! I’m proudly Filipino and have always loved cooking, especially Filipino food that brings people together. Before starting SoulFire on Wheels, I was a part owner of SoulFire Brewing Company, where I learned how much joy there is in sharing drinks and good food with friends, family, and community. I started the food truck because I wanted to bring the dishes I love to more people and make everyone feel at home. I love gathering people around the table, making memories, and sharing a little taste of my heritage with everyone who stops by!
MEET JESS!
Hi, I’m Jess! I’m proudly Filipino and have always loved cooking, especially Filipino dishes that remind me of home. Katrina invited me to join SoulFire on Wheels because she knew I love sharing these Filipino dishes as much as she does. I learned to cook from my mom, who used to cater, my grandma, and my aunt. They taught me all the family recipes and little tricks that make food feel special. I really love cooking for special events, seeing people enjoy the food, and helping make every gathering feel like a celebration. There’s nothing better than sharing food, family, and a little taste of Filipino culture with everyone who stops by our truck!
